I feel honored and delighted, being the Principal of such a premiere and vibrant school that stands for deep commitment to quality education. Swami Vivekanand Integration English School (SVIES) runs under the umbrella of Jaikranti Sikshan Prasaran Mandal (JSPM) Latur founded and chaired by Shri Shivajirao Patil Kavehker (Ex-MLA). The school functions with his vision of integrated study, sports, vocation and culture. We focus on education which enhances strength and wellbeing of individual student in all domains i.e. emotional, physical, mental and spiritual, which leads to an independent and responsible individual.

My aim is not only to be an able administrator but also to lead this school to a greater height by acting as fostering guardian, friend, and philosopher and guide to students as well as to staffs. I am aware of the enormous responsibilities I shoulder with this appointment. It will be my endeavor to keep the name & fame of this institution high.

Parents have entrusted their children with us and I understand that it’s our moral responsibility to develop your into a responsible citizen. Our priorities are Discipline, Education, Sports and Co-curricular activities with equal importance. A strong requirement today is to simultaneously weave a firm moral fiber in the student's personality. The key to this goal is to pursue a value based education process. Value based education that has life skills weaved into its very curriculum is the need of the hour. We don't provide luxuries, but we teach your child to be rational. It will be my effort to ensure, that students passing out from SVIES have excellent character, knowledgeable & courageous. My dynamic team of teachers & other staffs will strive for excellence. The goal of education is to enrich the lives of students while producing articulate, expressive thinkers and lifelong learners, who are socially responsible, resilient, and active citizens of the world. It is about engaging students in their learning, and maximizing the potential of each and every child. Education is about looking beyond the child’s intellect, and seeing the whole child. Education is about providing students with opportunities to be challenged and succeed. Inevitably, education is currently going through some dramatic changes. Technology has altered the way teachers and students communicate amongst themselves and with the world. Therefore, new ways of sharing knowledge and learning are being explored and developed.

Education is not just being literate by knowing the facts but it also comprises of acquiring values which help us to improve the different facets of mankind.

Students must develop their curiosity, creativity, communication skill and critical thinking. A pivotal role of education lies in shaping the personality of a child into healthy mind and happy soul, equipped with 21st century skill and aptitude along with academic excellence that will help them to face the challenges of life in a balanced and harmonious way. Aristotle had said, “Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all”. In this era of advancement in technology and globalization, the need of the hour is to march our children ahead with ethos of moral values and principles which are hallmark of the Indian Culture.

My belief about schooling includes:

1.Each and every child has potential to bring something unique and special to the world, which needs to be explored. They should be given a learning environment to feel a sense of pride for themselves.

2.Respecting diversity and accepting the differences between us should be the motto of child’s life.

3.Children should be provided the tools with which to cultivate their own gardens of knowledge. To accomplish this goal, I will provide a platform to the needs of each child so that all learners can feel capable and successful.
